Glenn has been an instructor for multiple drumlines as well as consistently given private music lessons since 2009. His teaching style involves helping students get comfortable and confident enough with their instrument to help them discover their own sound; this includes being able to look up and listen in to react to everything else that happens in a dynamic live performance. Although Glenn has a fundamentals lesson plan for each instrument, every individual student's curriculum is soon tailored to what music/learning styles inspire the student and keep them engaged in music.
Glenn regularly tours the southwest in the tribute band Steeln' Peaches as well as weekly downtown Orlando residencies with his original band The Unlistenables. Among others, he has opened for Rick Derringer, John Mayall, Devon Allman, Doug E Fresh, C&C Music Factory, Chris Simmons, King Yellowman, Spafford, Leon Russell, and Guthrie Govan's Aristocats.
